PURPOSE:To make the setup spot of a telephone easily alterable by installing a cover, making a telephone line press-fit on a press-in groove of a connection attached onto the connection of a lead board at the time of connecting the telephone line to the lead board. CONSTITUTION:A telephone modular jack A is set up in the desired spot, and a member to be stuck on a floor of molding 5 in accord with a groove 13 of a body 2 of the jack A. A telephone line 4 is wired on this sticking member, while the line 4 is placed on a press-in groove 15 of a connection 14, and a presser cover 16 is covered on it and a clamp screw 18 is screwed, thereby connection of the telephone line 4 to a lead board 9 takes place. When a cover 3 and a cover part of the molding 5 are installed, the jack A is set up.
