PURPOSE:To improve bonding strength of a coating film and to prevent chemical reaction of the coating film with a basic material made of insulation material and short-circuit of a current by providing basic materials which are respectively made of Cu and Ni, between the coating film made of superconducting material and the basic materials. CONSTITUTION:A Ml2O3 basic material 1 is set in a vacuum vessel 7 of a plasma spray coating device 5, a mixture gas is continuously supplied into a splay coating nozzle 8, and power from a power source 10 is supplied between the nozzle 8 and an electrode 9, and Cu powder is supplied to the nozzle 8 to reduce gas pressure in the vessel 7, forming a Cu basic material 2. Next, superconducting powder of Y0.3Ba0.7Cu1O3-y is supplied to the nozzle 8 to form a superconducting coating film 4 on a basic material 3. Then, a superconducting material 11 is taken out of the vessel 7, heated and cooled to a room temperature in the atmosphere to obtain a plate-like superconducting material. |
