PURPOSE:To lessen backlash so as to improve compression performance by constituting the addendum section of a male rotor to be brought in contact with the straight line of the deddendum section of a female rotor, and also constituting the addendum section of the female rotor to be brought in contact with the straight line of the deddendum section of the male rotor. CONSTITUTION:Spaces between points 14 and 19 close to the side of points 15 and 18 locating on the NO.1 rotor pitch circle 7 and NO.2 rotor pitch circle 8 and the points 15 and 18 are formed by straight lines connecting the centers 3 and 4 of NO.1 and NO.2 rotors with the points 15 and 18. And spaces among the points 15 and 18, starting and ending points 16 and 17 and points 28 and 21 on the addendum faces of NO.1 rotor pitch circle 7 and NO.2 rotor pitch circle 8 of both the rotors 1 and 2 are formed by curves composed of the rotating locus of a section brought into contact with the straight lines ending at the centers 3 and 4 of NO.1 and NO.2 rotors and the points 15 and 18. |
