<p>PURPOSE:To cut off a power source even if power source cut off instruction is not received on account of the abnormality of a system by making a power source control device control a power source device so as to cut off power supply to an electronic computer system when the power source control device receives the power source cut off instruction from the electronic computer system or when an abnormality signal is detected by an abnormality detecting means, while a power source switch is turned off. CONSTITUTION:The power source control device 4 monitors the power source cut off instruction and an H/W abnormality signal 6 from a CPU 1, and when it receives the power source cut off instruction or when the H/W abnormality signal 6 is detected by the abnormality detecting means 4a, it controls the power source device 2 so as to cut off the power supply to the CPU 1. Accordingly, even in a case that an operating system is stopped on account of CPU abnormality, and the power source cut off instruction is not given, the power supply to the CPU 1 can be surely cut off by the H/W abnormality signal 6. Thus, the safety and the reliability of the electronic computer system can be improved.</p> |
