The invention relates to an apparatus having four principal elements, including a ball, two pieces of stretch ribbon, two pieces of stretch ribbon fastened at an angle of 60 DEG with respect to the first ribbon and having a special mechanism which retains the ball and enables it to have a rotational movement. The ball rebounds each time the baby strikes it with its feet. The ball can also rotate on itself. By means of the colours, by means of the designs which are on the ball and by means of its toning action on the muscles, the apparatus permits the physical and intellectual development of a baby.
