PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity using a delicate and complicated apparatus, by extruding molten plastic to supply the same between emboss rolls constituted so that two rolls having recessed parts carved therein so as to have an arbitrary reticulated pattern are provided so that the protruding parts as well as recessed parts thereof are opposed to each other. CONSTITUTION:Emboss rolls 2 are constituted by providing rolls 2 having recessed parts 22 carved therein so as to have a reticulated pattern so that the protruding parts as well as recessed parts thereof are opposed to each other. Therefore, the sheet 6 of molten plastic supplied between the emboss rolls by the extrusion from a die becomes an emboss sheet 7 consisting thick reticulated parts 71 and other thin parts 72 because the plastic at the parts held between the protruding parts of the rolls are transferred to the recessed parts thereof. At this time, ink prepared by kneading a metal powder with a binder is applied to the protruding parts 21 of the emboss rolls by a recess coloring means to make the thin parts 72 easy to absorb heat rays. By biaxially stretching the above mentioned emboss sheet 7 under heating, the thin parts 72 are melted and opened. |
