PURPOSE:To improve the read-out capacity of a signal magnetic field from a storage medium by forming a coil by constituting alternately a conductive body and an insulator as a laminated body in parallel to a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:A coil 16 is formed by combining alternately a conductive body 16a and an insulator 16b, as a laminated body in parallel to a ceramic substrate 11, and in a coil drawing-out part 18, each layer is connected in series. Accordingly, when the number of turns of a compound material coil, and the number of layers are M, and N, respectively, the same effect as the number of turns MXN is obtained. That is, an output of a signal becomes N times of the case of a one-layer coil. In such a way, the read-out performance can be improved without deteriorating a write characteristic. |
