PURPOSE: To provide a position fixing member which can be produced by a simple tool and does not require a large space independent of the thickness of a first member, by forming a swelling of a material generated by processing a groove-like recessed portion below a reference plane of the upper surface of the first member. CONSTITUTION: A position fixing member 4 which protrudes from a reference plane on the upper surface 3 of a first member 2 and is made of the same material as the first member 2 and which serves to fix the position of a second member 5 to be abutted against the upper surface 3 of the first member and fixed to the first member 2 is formed by a swelling of the material which has a shape of a tooth of a rasp-cut file and which is generated by processing a groove-like recessed portion 8 below the reference plane of the upper surface 3 of the first member 2 near the position fixing member 4. For example, the swelling of the material is a cutting product formed by a mandrel tool or a grooving bite tool.
