CONSTITUTION:The storage area M1 of the non-volatile storage device EEPROM is made to be the area for a cash card, and the storage area M2 is to be the area for a medical card, and the storage area M3 is to be a common area. A CPU discriminates a use purpose, and in the case of use as the cash card, it accesses a control register CR, and sets a signal S1 at logical '1', and clears the signal S2 to logical '0'. Besides, in the case of the use as the medical card, it accesses the control register CR, and clears the signal S1 to logical '0', and sets the signal S2 at logical '1'. On the other hand, the storage area M3 to be used as the common area is constantly kept selectable. Thus, when it is used as the cash card, the possibility of the miswrite to the storage area M2 to be used as the medical card, etc. can be made small. |
