PURPOSE:To measure laser energy intensively and correctly even with some instability in the timing of lasers, by employing a charge amplifier for multi- inputs and a high-speed waveform digitizer in a laser energy measuring device. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a reflected light with respect to many lasers is to be measured, output signals of a light detector 11 are suitably delayed on after another by a cable 12 so as not to overlap with each other, and inputted to a charge amplifier 14 which amplifies multi-input signals. After the charge amplifier 14 generates an output signal 20, the charge amplifier 14 is reset in preparation for the generation of a next signal. By repeating the above- described operation, many laser beams can be monitored by a single high-speed waveform digitizer 15. |
