PURPOSE:To intend to regulate the relative error of facing recessed and projecting molds and perform the high-precision positioning of the surface forming a microlens group, by preparing a special positioning device on a recessed/ projecting mold for forming a microlens group. CONSTITUTION:A micrometer 34 is fitted at a hole 32 of the micro-holder 30 equipped with a clamp 33 for fixing the micrometer 34 and at a groove 31 for holding the mold 1. In case of regulating the position of the molds 1 and 2, the screws of movable bars 3 and 3' are loosened, the groove 31 of a micro- holder 30 is put into the end of the mold 1, the relative position of molds 1 and 2 is minutely adjusted by regulating the micrometer 34 minutely and at the same time sliding the movable bars 3 and 3' against a fixed bar 4. After the positioning is adjusted, the screw 9 of movable bars 3 and 3' is fastened and fixed. Then, the press molding is conducted. |
