PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ferrite material having superior magnetic characteristics even at high frequency and high temp., causing a small loss and suitable for a polarizing yoke core, etc., having high resolution, by blending respectively prescribed amts. of iron oxide, nickel oxide, zinc oxide and copper oxide as essential components and carrying out molding and sintering. CONSTITUTION:48-50mol.% iron oxide is blended with 12-15mol.% nickel oxide, 26-29mol.% zinc oxide and 7-10mol.% copper oxide. The blend is calcined, ground, kneaded with a binder such as an aq. PVA soln. and pelletized. The resulting pellets are molded into a prescribed shape and sintered, e.g., at 1,000-1,100 deg.C for 1-2hr to obtain the titled ferrite material having small coercive force, a high Curie point and high saturation magnetic flux density, causing a small core loss and suitable for a polarizing yoke core, etc., having such high resolution as >=64kHz horizontal scanning frequency. |
