ALUMINUM LAMINATE FOR DRAWING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent drawing property and an excellent caulking property, by laminating an intermediate layer composed of specific nylon and a scratch resistant layer composed of a nylon resin whose hardness is a specific value or more to at least the single surface of an aluminum plate and setting the thickness ratio of the above mentioned intermediate layer to the scratch resistant layer to a specific range. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 2 composed of a material excellent in secondary processability such as a caulking property selected from a 6-nylon resin, a 6-nylon elastomer and a nylon type polymer alloy is formed to at least the single surface of an aluminum plate 1. As the nylon resin used in a scratch resistant layer 3, one having pencil hardness by JISX 5400 is H or higher is used. The thickness ratio of the intermediate layer 2 to the scratch resistant layer 3 is set to a range of 3:1-1:10. This nylon resin laminate 11 is subjected to drawing so that the scratch resistant layer 3 becomes the outermost layer and caulked with an eyelet member 12 to make it possible to form a hook head part.
