This invention is an overhead projector system with distortion correction. This overhead projector comprises a stage for a transparent body to be projected, a projection lens between an inclined flat mirror and the transparent body stage, an iluminating device consisting a light source and a concave reflection mirror, and two mutually offset fresnel lenses right under the transparent body stage. The projection lens is offsetted against the vertical center surface of the transparent body stage and for the projection surface. The mutual first and second freshel lenses derect light to the offsetted projection lens.
