System for locking together two detachable elements, particularly a connection box 1 and its lid 3, including a screw made up of a head 5 and of a threaded rod 6 passing through one of these elements 3 and interacting with a member 9 forming a nut brought or applied against the other element 2, and a screwdriver 10 comprising a handle 11 and an elongate shank 12, having an end capable of engaging a housing made in the head of the screw. According to the invention, this assembly is characterised in that the screw head 5 has a shape which is convex and axisymmetric about the threaded rod 6 and includes, opposite this rod, a blind hole 16 which is internally tapped, and in that the shank 12 of the screwdriver includes, from its end opposite the handle, a first screw thread 15 capable of interacting with the tapped hole 16 of the screw head and a second screw thread 14 whose diameter is preferably different from the first one, immediately following the latter and passing through an internally threaded bore of a knurled wheel 13 rotating on the shank, this knurled wheel having a cylindrical extension 20 pierced axially for the passage of the shank and including an axisymmetric recess 21 whose concave shape constitutes a cap matching the screw head 5 when the knurled wheel caps it. <IMAGE>
