PURPOSE:To produce the title superconductive material having a high critical temp. by forming specified mixed powder, and then sintering the formed product. CONSTITUTION:One or >=2 kinds of the powdered compds. contg. at least one kind of element selected from Sr, La, Cu, gamma, delta, and epsilon (gamma is a group IIa element of the periodic table other than Sr, delta is a group IIIa element other than La, and epsilon is Pb, Si, and Po) are mixed to obtain the mixed powder capable of obtaining, after sintering, a composite oxide shown by the formula [0<=x, y<=1, 0<=z<1, (Sr, gamma) and (La, delta) contain respectively the specified crystal site of the elements in a specified ratio, and the ratio of gamma/Sr and the ratio of delta/La are controlled to 1-90atom.%]. The mixed powder is sintered, as required, at >=700 deg.C for 1-50hr, the obtained sintered body is crushed, a binder (e.g., polyvinyl butyral) is added, the mixture is formed, and the formed product is sintered at >=700 deg.C for 1-50hr in the atmosphere contg. O2 having 10<-3>-10<2>Torr partial pressure. |
