PURPOSE:To make easily a sinter-molded object having a complicate cavity within, by injection-molding a mixture containing sinterable material with a synthetic resin, which is not softened in molding, as a core material and degreasing the core material. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin, which is not softened or fused at a molding temperature, as material is molded to be a cylindrical molded synthetic resin object 1 corresponding to the curved surface, groove and cavity within a sintered object. This cylindrical object is inserted into a mold in an injection molding machine, and a cylindrical object is made by injection-molding previously prepared pellets. Then, this molded object is gradually heated, degreased at about 450 deg.C in the atmosphere of nitrogen and further this degreased object is sintered at about 160 deg.C in the air. The residual impurity is not recognized after sintering and a sintered object 4 having a complicate inner face is obtained due to the use of synthetic resin as core. |
