PURPOSE: To attain fast hearing and slow hearing by reproducing easily hearable voice without changing the waveform pitch of a voice by reproducing a non-steady waveform from the information of a non-steady part, synthesizing the waveform of a reproduced vowel steady part, the waveform of a pause part and the non-steady waveform and outputting the synthesized waveform as a voice. CONSTITUTION: The representative waveform of a vowel steady part is repeated by vowel steady part information recorded in a recording means 6 and previously specifies shotening/extending magnification and a voice waveform synthesizing means 10 inserts respective waveforms obtained from a vowel steady part waveform reproducing means 7 for shotening/extending a pause part by pause time recorded in the means 6 and previously specified shotening/extending magnification and a pause part reproducing means 8 into the corresponding part of a waveform outputted from a reproducing means 9 to synthesize these waveforms and outputs the synthesized waveform as a voice signal. A voice output means 11 reproduces the voice signal outputted from the means 10 to a voice and outputs the voice. Since only the steady part of a voice waveform is repeated by the same representative waveform, voices for fast hearing and slow hearing can be reproduced without changing the interval of the voice. |
