PURPOSE:To obtain the titled confectionery, useful as a healthy food, by containing a tissual culture of a medicinal ginseng in a jelly and masking the original odor of medicinal ginseng without impairing essential components thereof. CONSTITUTION:The aimed confectionery obtained by blending tissual culture of medicinal ginseng in a molten jelly, etc., and cooling the resultant blend. Furthermore, the above-mentioned culture is preferably prepared by a liquid culture or solid culture method. |
