PURPOSE:To execute kindly display without giving the sense of incongruity and to prevent the generation of delay of transaction time, by displaying a guide display usually on a screen for a skilled operator, and at the time of detecting jamming of operation at an operating stage, switching the current screen to the one for a beginner. CONSTITUTION:A transaction guide screen file 130 in which a beginner's screen and a skilled operator's screen are correspondingly formed is stored in a flexible disk part 118. In case of advancing transaction procedure on order from 1 to 9 at the time of transaction, screen numbers G002-G008 are usually successively started as skilled operator's files in the file 130 by the control of transaction advance based upon a control part 112 in each operation stage, but when the eject of a card or a detailed account can not be detected in the operation of card/detailed account reception in the procedure 7 e.g. even after the passage of about 10sec at the time of monitoring time by a timer mechanism 120 after starting the display of the skilled operator's screen and the retained state of a medium is continued, the control part 112 immediately switches the screen G007 to a screen G107 in a beginner's screen file corresponding to the screen G007 to display the screen G107 and then data are searched from the beginner's screen file and displayed. |
