PURPOSE:To efficiently diagnose and remedy a patient by obtaining sufficient diagnosis information such as the medical history and examination image of each patient by means of a digital audio tape device speedily. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is composed of an input/output device 1, a processing unit 2, a digital audio tape DAT device 3 and a display 4. On a DAT 12 of the DAT device 3, the ID information D1 of the name, age, sex, insurance number, address and blood type, etc., of the patient is recorded in a head area 13a, the information D2 of a case history, a remedy history, an electrocardiogram and a medical comment, etc., among a personal medical history is recorded in a next area 13b, the information D3 of a dosage history is recorded in a next area 13c, further, an examination image history and image file information D4 are recorded in a next area 13d, and the information D5 of respective kinds of the examination images is recorded in a last area 13e. Thus, by reading the areas 13a-13d of the DAT 12, almost all data of the personal case history can be obtained, and the necessary examination image can be read from the area 13e. |
