PURPOSE: To make a window pane go up and down smoothly by disposing an eccentric pin in an elongated slot formed in a drive plate of the window pane to adjust the heights of corner parts of the window pane and to move the window pane freely in the transverse direction. CONSTITUTION: An elongated slot 14 is formed in at least one drive plate of a window pane 5 which goes up and down along guide rails 2 installed parallel to each other, and an eccentric pin 9 is disposed in the elongated slot 14. The heights of corner parts of the window pane 5 are adjusted by rotating the eccentric pin 9 to compensate a slope. The eccentric pin 9 is made to slidably move within the elongated slot 14 in the lateral direction with respect to the moving direction of the window pane 5, so that the entire window pane 5 can move transversely while going up and down. Thereby, the window pane 5 is not prevented from going up and down, even if the guide rails 2 are not completely parallel to each other because of the manufacture error.
