Production process for a laminate and a laminate produced by this process

In the case of a process for producing a laminate having a supporting core (1) with a honeycomb or similar cell structure between outer layers (2) which consist of a fibrous substance in a binder and by the adhesive effect of the latter are bonded to the supporting core (1) as the result of a joining pressure applied beforehand under heat, the individual outer layer (2) with the structure permeable to the heat-meltable binder is arranged on the assigned adhering surface (1.1) of the supporting core (1) with interpositon of the binder (adhesive composition 3) as an initionally relatively unadhesive layer and, thereafter, is covered by a tear-resistant fibrous sheet-like structure (woven fabric 4) which can be impregnated with melted binder. After curing of the binder (adhesive composition 3), melted under the joining pressure, the said sheet-like structure is torn off the outer layer (2). As a result, the proportion by weight of the laminate made up by the binder is reduced to a minimum. <IMAGE>
