A device for producing light marks on an electrical module comprises a computer (1) and a projection device (2) connected thereto, which contains two deflection devices which can be controlled by the computer. The deflection devices direct the light beam onto coordinate points on the electrical module which are predetermined by the computer. Connected to the computer (1) there is an electrical module tester (5), which tests the electrical module (4) for electrical faults. The computer stores derived fault data in a fault data memory (1a). A position data memory (1b) contains the coordinates of all the theoretically possible fault locations of the electrical module, under their addresses. By comparison, the computer determines the position data associated with the fault data and transmits this information to the projection device which uses it to produce the control signals for the deflection devices. <IMAGE> |
