PURPOSE:To enable a cut material to be well cut with no selection of its shape by controlling a moving adjusting means arbitrarily setting a position relation of a material surface to a rotary blade and properly adjusting an edge point advancing start angle of the rotary blade for the cut material. CONSTITUTION:The smaller is a contact point area between an edge point 7c of a rotary blade 7 and a surface of a cut material (b) in the time of its cutting the larger the rotary blade 7 displays its provided cutting performance. For instance, in the case of shape steel (b) of C-shaped section, because material surface forms a flat surface parallel with the surface of a bed board 2, the edge point 7c of the rotary blade 7, when it is advanced from just the above, is pressed into contact with the material surface almost parallelly forming almost no degree of angle, and the rotary blade 7 can generate almost no cutting action because of very large contact point area. Here constituting the cut material (b), fixed to a vice 11, and the rotary edge 7 being able to adjust the movement relatively in the longitudinal direction, a position is adjusted in a manner wherein the rotary blade 7 advances at a proper angle theta2 with respect to the material surface. |
