<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody reactive to human intestinal cancer cell such as SW1116 (ATCC CCL 233) and LS180 (ATCC CL-187). USE:Diagnostic and remedy for intestinal cancer, gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer. PREPARATION:The objective monoclonal antibody NKY13 can be prepared e.g. by (1) immunizing a Ba1b/c mouse with human intestinal cancer cell SW1116 by peritoneal infusion, (2) administering the mouse with SW1116 cell by intravenous injection as the final immunization, (3) collecting spleen cell from the mouse, (4) fusing with a myeloma cell, (5) culturing the fused cell in HAT medium to obtain a hybridoma, (6) selecting a clone capable of producing an antibody reactive with SW1116 cell from the hybridoma, cloning the clone by limiting dilution analysis, etc., and (7) culturing the monoclonized product.</p> |
