发明名称 FLUID BURNING METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce production of nitrogen oxide from flue gas during regeneration of used FCC catalyst by fluidizing granular material, burning cake thereon to produce combustion gas containing CO and then converting it into CO2 . CONSTITUTION: Used-catalyst is fed to a single bed FCC regenerator 10 and the air is fed through a duct 18 to an air distributor 8. Coke is burned on the thick rich floor 22 of the regenerator 10 to produce CO and CO2 . The majority of CO produced on the thick rich floor 22 is burnt by adding CO combustion accelerator selectively to produce CO2 . A regeneration catalyst is taken out from a duct 16 and used in a conventional FCC reactor. Combustion products enters from the thick rich floor 22 into an upper lean phase 32. A significant quantity of microcatalyst is normally entrained in the delivery gas and it is passed through the inlet 26 of a cyclon 20 and collected before the flue gas is discharged from a duct 12. Collected catalyst is discharged to the thick rich floor 22.</p>
