MUTUAL INDUCTANCE NMR RF COIL MACHING DEVICE

This device has transmit-receive RF coil coupled to power amplifier and receiver preamplifier by mutual inductance with a matching coil. A matching coil which locates in the magnetic field of an RF coil is connected to the surrounding RF shield and to a power feed coaxial cable. Rotation of a matching coil about its axis varies the mutual inductance with little change of self inductance.
