<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the attenuation band characteristic of a frequency response at the time of performing no stagger even in a stagger operation by reading out a filter constant with the same frequency characteristic as in case where a repeating cycle is constant from a constant storage apparatus corresponding to the repeating cycle of a transmitter, and multiplying it by reception output, in stagger transmission in which the repeating cycle is unstable. CONSTITUTION:The filter constant derived in advance so that frequency response characteristic in the case where the repeating cycle of a transmission pulse signal is constant can be set almost equal to the one in the case where it is not constant is stored in a constant file 30. Transmission repeating cycle information from a transmission controller 14 is supplied to a controller 31, and the file 30 is controlled corresponding to the information, and the optimum filter constants omegai and omegaq are supplied to a computing element 29. Meanwhile, a reflection signal phase-detected at a receiver 20 from a target goes to the output signals Xi and Xq via A/D converters 26 and 27, and are supplied to the computer element 29.
