<p>A ferromagnetic knife blade (88) is held stationary inside the sleeve (92) of the magnetic roller (84). The blade (88) is held between like poles of the magnets (86,87). The plane of the knife blade 888) and the tangential plane to the sleeve (92) of the roller, in the describing line of the sleeve which is situated closest to the image forming element (10), include an angle of between 70 and 85 deg. as seen from the side where the element (10) leaves the image forming station. The optimum angle is between 72.5 and 77.5 deg.</p> |
