<p>PURPOSE:To obtain accurate guide even when a guide request is not obscure by storing an operation model obtained by grouping respective processing operations in each relational ones and a rule for determining the order of guide in each group. CONSTITUTION:When a guide request is outputted from a user, the operation model and the guide order determining rule stored in an external storage device 4 are read out and analyzed by a guide request identifying part 12. Then, an operation model retrieving part 15 is started and an operation model corresponding to the contents of the guide request is retrieved to select a guide item. Then, a rule processing part 16 is started and the guide order determining rule is processed, so that the guide item is selected and rearranged. When the item for displaying the guide is determined and the items are rearranged, a guide information retrieving part 17 retrieves and read out guide information stored in the device 4 in accordance with the stored guide item and the read result is displayed on an output device 3 through an output part 18.</p> |
