<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an immediate response in an emergency by gasifying an LNG to be gasified is gasified in a 2nd shell at first and then heating the gasified LNG to an ordinary temperature in a 1st shell for delivery. CONSTITUTION:A 1st shell 1 is stored with water 3, with a space 2 being left on the upper part thereof, a gas burner 4 and a 1st waste-heat exchanger 5 are integrated in this water 3, and a super heater 6 is integrated in the upper space 2. The 1st shell 1 is integrated within a 2nd shell 7 with space being left therebetween, an intermediate heating medium 9 is charged in the upper portion 8 thereof with a space being left in its upper part, and an LNG gasification apparatus 10 and a 2nd waste-heat exchanger 11 are integrated in the space 8 of this 2nd shell 7 and within the intermediate heating medium 9, respectively.</p> |
