<p>Process for managing information concerning a label of quality of a piece of meat from an animal, and a device for carrying out this process. Process consisting in providing the animal with an information medium, in transmitting to the said medium the pertinent information for formulating the label of quality, with the aid of an electronic device such as a communication terminal, in extracting the desired information with the aid of the said communication terminal, and in transmitting it to a computing machine so that the latter can update its database and establish, alone or jointly with other machines to which it may be connected, the label of quality for the meat, in the form of a ticket intended to accompany the animal's carcass. <IMAGE></p> |
