The electromechanical device has a pair of adjacent terminals (1,2) respectively coupled to the movable contact of a multiplier switch and the movable contact of an operand switch. The multiplier switch has 7 fixed contacts, and the operand switch has 12 alternate switch positions for each of these contacts. The movable contact of the operand switch couples the fixed contacts of the multiplier switch to the second terminal (2) in each of its 12 possible positions. Respective resistors (R1..R7;R8..R14) are inserted between each fixed contact and the corresponding switch position contacts for the operand switch, so that different resistance values are obtained for each combination of the 2 switch positions.
