摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to explode a warhead at a relative position where the effect of the warhead is maximum, by adjusting a timing of generating an explosion starting signal in accordance with the approaching speed of a flying member to a target, and further compensating or correcting the timing according to the size of the target. CONSTITUTION:When the directional characteristic of a fuse antenna 5 for detecting an approaching target, the dispersion distribution of a warhead, the initial velocity of a piece of the warhead, etc. are already known, the relation between the approaching speed and the explosion delay time can be determined. Meanwhile, a distance detecting circuit 10, when it receives a signal from a Doppler receiver 4, detects the distance between a flying member and the target. An aim deciding circuit 11 decides the size of the target based on a distance signal from the detecting circuit 10 and a power signal from the Doppler receiver 4 indicative of the receipt or observation of the target. When a timing adjusting circuit 12 receives a detecting signal of the target from a fuse receiver 7, it adjusts the generating timing of an explosion signal based on a signal showing the approaching speed from the Doppler receiver 4 and a signal indicating the size of the target from the circuit 11. In the above-described manner, after the delay time is further corrected in accordance with the size of the target, the explosion delay time is finally determined and set. Therefore, with no influences by the velocity and size of the target, the warhead can be positively exploded at the optimum relative position.</p>
