<p>PURPOSE:To enable fluid to be supplied to articles on a rotary rack for a foaming process or the like of urethane sheet production by providing a fluid delivering device rotatably interlocked with the rotary rack in the pivot section of rotary rack to supply fluid to an article receiving section. CONSTITUTION:A fluid delivering device 5 consisting of a rotary joint 51, header 52, piping 53, etc., is provided in the pivotal center of a rotary rack unit 11 on two lower stages. The header 52 and piping 53a between the header 52 and a article receiving section 12 are respectively pivotably interlocked with the rotary rack unit 11. Steam is supplied from the upper side piping 53 and recovered from the lower side piping 53. In a urethane sheet production line, aluminum molds 9 in which urethane raw material is injected are received in said units 11 on the two lower stages from a transfer conveyer 22 and heated by the supply of heating steam to make the urethane foam. Thus, the rotary rack capable of supplying fluid is provided to be utilized for the urethane sheet production process.</p> |
