PURPOSE:To permit stabilized power supply even upon a peak in summer, by a method wherein a load is intercepted when a condition that a voltage as well as the changing rate of the voltage are lower than set values and the changing rate of a reactive power is higher than a set value is continued for a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:A first condition 1, established when the value of a system voltage V is lower than a set value K1, and a second condition 2, established when the changing rate (dV/dt) of the voltage V is lower than a set value K2, are provided. Further, a third condition, established when the changing rate (dQ/dt) of a delayed reactive power Q in a system is higher than a set value K3, is provided. An intercepting command for a specified load is outputted in a chance when the AND conditions of these respective conditions are continued for a time longer than a set time T1 in a timer circuit 5. According to this method, power may be supplied stably even upon a peak in summer or the like. |
