<p>PURPOSE: To minimize machining allowance of a bushing and to reduce a manufacture cost by closing the butt joint of a strip section with charge carrier beam welding. CONSTITUTION: The butt joint 4 of a strip section composed of a copper layer 1 and a porous tin bronze 2 sintered and adhered to the copper layer 1 is closed by laser welding throughout the whole axial distance. Therefore, the allowance of the bushing is small and its manufacture cost is reduced.</p> |
