PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a reaction tank or a separation column even if the amount of a developing liquid becomes extremely small, by stopping the addition of reagent on the basis of the output of a means for measuring chemical properties of a liquid mixture. CONSTITUTION:A specimen component successively flowed out of a separation column 1 is passed through a mixer and a reaction tank 8 to be subjected to the measurement of absorbancy by a detector 9 and a recorder 10 records a separation drawing. Numerals 15, 14 are pH-meters and measure the pH of a liquid mixture of the developing liquid and the reagent in a mixer and the pH of the reagent in a reagent tank 6. When the amount of the developing liquid sent to the separation column 1 becomes extremely small by the setting mistake of the developing liquid sending amount and the trouble of a developing pump 3, the difference of the pH values from the pH-meters 15, 14 become smaller than reference values in a comparator 16. A control apparatus 12 changes over a flowline change-over valve 11 and a reagent pump 5 flows a washing liquid from a washing liquid tank 13 to the reaction tank 8 through the mixer 7 to perform washing. |
