PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of rigidity in a covering layer by dividing the covering layer into two half parts and separately forming these parts in the first forming process, and integrally forming both half parts interposing a core metal in between in the second process and forming a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:In a covering layer 3, upper and lower two half parts 4 which are divided with a horizontal face passing through the center of the cross section of core metal 1 as a dividing face, are separately formed in the first forming process. Then, in the second forming process, the core metal 1 is set in between half parts 4, which are integrated to form a steering wheel. |
