发明名称 PRODUCTION OF RESISTOR LAYER IN ELECTROTHERMAL TRANSFER RECORDING SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to lower the surface resistance of an electric resistor layer, maintain a dispersed coating liquid at such a low viscosity as to enable easy application and enhance the dispersibility of carbon black, by adding carbon black as a heat generating resistor material to a solution of a resin having a polar group in a solvent, with simultaneous dispersion, adding an isocyanate compound thereto, and carrying out a thermal hardening reaction. CONSTITUTION:A resistor layer in an electrothermal transfer recording sheet is produced by a method wherein a resin having at least a polar group is dissolved in a solvent, carbon black is added as a heat generating resistor material to the resultant solution, with simultaneous dispersion, then an isocyanate compound having an isocyanate group is added to the resultant liquid, and a thermal hardening reaction is carried out. By dissolving the resin having the polar group in the solvent, simultaneously dispersing carbon black therein end adding an isocyanate compound thereto, dispersibility of carbon black can be enhanced, the viscosity of the coating liquid thus obtained is lowered, and the surface resistance of a coated film formed from the coating liquid can be minimized.
