PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered article free from swelling and crack, etc., in a short time, by arranging cylindrical article in the inside diameter part of moldings of a mixture containing sintering substance of a specific tubular sheet like body and heating the moldings. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. sintering substance (e.g. alumina) having >=800 deg.C melting point, decomposition temperature or sublimation point and 0.1-500mum average particles size is blended with 5-40pts.wt. binder (e.g. PP) having 2,000-50,000 number average mol.wt. and 0-40pts.wt. processing aid (e.g. paraffin wax) and melt kneaded and then molded to provide moldings of mixture containing sintering substance of tubular sheet-like body having 0.2-10mm height, 10-100mm inside diameter, 10-150mm thickness, 0.1-15 times in ratio of the height to the inside diameter and 0.002-1.0 times in ratio of thickness to the inside diameter. Then the moldings are arranged on a supporter and simultaneously cylindrical article having thermal conductivity higher than that of the supporter in the inside diameter part of the moldings and 50-150% height based on moldings is arranged so as not to bring into contact with inside diameter of moldings, heated at raising temperature rate of 10-100 deg.C/hr and dewaxed. |
