发明名称 TEMPERATURE COMPENSATING CIRCUIT FOR ACCELEROMETER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the performance of the titled accelerometer which has a bridge circuit formed of a piezoelectric resistance element as a strain sensing resistance body by compensating the strain and output sensitivity variation of the element due to temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:A DC bridge signal generated by the strain bridge circuit 40 where a flapper is displaced is sent to a read resistance 48 and the flapper is returned to its zero position. If this electric circuit has temperature variation, the sensitivity of pick-off voltages of piezoelectric resistance elements 50 and 51 has a negative coefficient resistance value and a current flowing to a torque coil 30 has a negative temperature coefficient. When the temperature variation is large, the gain of an amplifier 46 increases and the positive temperature coefficient of the coil 30 removes the sensitivity of the pick-off voltages and the negative temperature coefficient of the current flowing to the coil 30. Consequently, the influence of temperature variation in the loop gain of the whole is removed to improve the performance.</p>
