发明名称 OPTICAL ELEMENT MOLDING BY VIBRATION MOLDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture optical element of stabilized accuracy in a short molding cycle by pushing a molding component into a component to be processed which is vibration heat softened, and molding optical element, and then dwelling the same through the molding component. CONSTITUTION:Given open spaces are taken between a top force 2 and a bottom force 3 and an upper punch 5 and a lower punch 6. A vibration actuator 10 is actuated and the upper and lower punches 5 and 6 are vibrated through a vibration frame to heat soften a component 4 to be processed by means of self heat generation. A molding actuator 8 is actuated in said state and a molding surface 5a section of the upper punch 5 is pushed into the component 4 to be processed. The shape of optical element is transferred to the component 4 to be processed by said process. Then, a lens 12 is drawn out in the state of vibrating and actuating the actuator 10. The desired lens 12 is manufactured by pressurizing the lens 12 draw out of the component 4 to be processed and separated. By said process, a lens of good accuracy can be manufactured stably.
