A third buffer amplifier 17 is provided which has the input terminal connected to an output terminal 20 of the second operational amplifier op2 and has the output terminal connected to second input terminals of first and second operational amplifiers op1 and op2. Thus, an active filter type signal adjusting circuit which has a complete through characteristic including the phase characteristic is obtained.
