MONOCLONAL ANTI-IDIOTYPE ANTIBODY AND HYBRIDOMA AND USE THEREOF

摘要

NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal anti-idiotype antibody specific to a monoclonal antibody of human IgG1 type having specificity to nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. USE:A reagent for detecting an antibody against nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, a diagnosticum and remedy for myasthemia gravis. PREPARATION:A mouse is immunized against monoclonal antibody of human IgG1 type having specificity to nicotinic acetylcholine receptor to give an antibody-forming cell, which is fused with a newly formed cell such as a myeloma cell of mouse and cultivated in HAT medium to give a hybridoma. A clone to produce an anti-idiotype antibody is selected from the hybridoma, cloned by limiting dilution method into a monoclone and the monoclonal antibody is cultivated to give a monoclonal anti-idiotype antibody.
