摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To determine an adhesive adhered position in a short time with high accuracy without contacting by projecting light from a light source at the adhesive applied position of a holder through a photoirradiation part. CONSTITUTION:The holder 2 is locked to holder fitting jigs 3a and 3b and a fine adjusting base 13 is moved by operating X-, Y-, and Z-axial micrometers 14a, 14b, and 14c to align the X- and Y-direction end surfaces of a photoirradiation part 11 with the X- and Y-directional end surfaces of the holder fitting jig 3b and thus set the reference position of the photoirradiation part 11, thereby recording reads of the fine adjusting base 13 on the X-, Y-, and Z-axial micrometers 14a-14c. Then the adhesive applied position 8 is calculated from the measured size values of the holder 2 and the fine adjusting base 13 is operated and adjusted to the adhesive applied position 8; and then the light emitting diode of the light source 10 is turned on to irradiate the adhesive applied position 8 with a light beam 15 from the photoirradiation part 11 through an optical fiber 12, and an adhesive from an adhesive discharging device 7 is applied by using a dispenser 6. Then a lens 4 is mounted on the adhesive and moving jigs 5a, 5b, and 5c are operated to position the lens 4 with high accuracy.</p>
