发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY EQUIPMENT IN SINTERING MACHINE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover a large quantity of heat while preventing combustion and corrosion of an electric dust collector by controlling exhaust gas quantity of a sintering machine supplying into a boiler and making the fixed range of the exhaust gas temp. at inlet of the electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION:A part of high temp. exhaust gas of the sintering machine 1 sucked from a main exhaust gas blower 3 is sucked a subexhaust gas blower 5 and after heat exchanging by the boiler 4 through a first connecting duct 12, it is returned to a main exhaust duct 6 and exhausted through the electric dust collector 2. When the gas temp. detected by gas temp. 9 at inlet of the electric dust collector comes to less than 95 deg.C, the setting value of the charging quantity of heat into the boiler 4 is lowered by a calory computing element 15. The aimed differential pressure is calculated from the charging heat quantity setting value collected by the differential pressure computing element 16 and a gas thermometer 7 at inlet of the boiler. This is compared with the differential pressure of the gas passed through the boiler detected by a gas differential pressure gage 8 to adjust opening of a dumper 10 for adjusting flow rate. When the gas temp. at the inlet of the electric dust collector is higher than 100 deg.C, the setting value of the charging quantity of heat into the boiler 4 is raised.</p>
