<p>PURPOSE: To provide the subject webber having feed rollers for supplying fibrous materials to a plurality of lickerins being in high-speed rotation on a conveyor screen, nose bars and deflective plates, and intended to produce highly elastic multilayer fibrous structural forms without the use of a high velocity stream of air and ducts. CONSTITUTION: This webber works as follows: fibrous materials 30A, 30B, 30C are turned to lickerins 36A, 36B, 36C, respectively, by the aid of the corresponding feed rollers 32A, 32B, 32C and nose bars 34A, 34B, 34C, and the streams of the individual fibers are separated from the lickerins through deflective plates 40A, 40B, 40C and turned to a base material 26 and a conveyor screen 12.</p> |
