PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption by using a superconducting material for a tuning coil, a transformer, a heating coil or lead wires between the transformer and heating coil. CONSTITUTION:In a dielectric heating device and low-frequency, intermediate- frequency, high-frequency induction heating devices or the like, a superconducting material is used for a tuning coil 1, a transformer 2, a heating coil 3, and lead wires 4 between the transformer 2 and heating coil 3. The power loss of the tuning coil 1, transformer 2, heating coil 3, and lead wires 4 is reduced respectively, the output of an oscillator tube 5 becomes near zero at no load, the power source input becomes very little, and the average power source input is reduced remarkably considering the no-load time in the operating time. |
